Psilogenis Property Consultants was founded in March 2013 and has been growing ever since. Combining knowledge and a deep understanding of the property sector in Cyprus in this continuously changing world environment, our forward-thinking team of experts provides Property and Real Estate Consultation services all over the island.
We specialize in Property Valuations, Feasibility studies, and Real Estate Advisory aiming always to offer the best independent advice with the highest standards in client care and professional service. Through the years our company has established a large solid customer base consisting of Organizations from the Public sector, Banking Institutions, Funds, Property Management Companies, HNWI, Law, and Accounting Offices.
Psilogenis Property Consultants was assigned by the Cyprus Department of Land and Surveys to complete the 2018 and 2021 General Valuation for the Municipalities of Paphos.
It has also handled a large number of Court cases concerning properties in the Occupied Territories of the island. During its relatively short life, our company has carried out a large number of valuations and feasibility studies that exceeds € 2.5 billion in value.

Michalis Psilogenis is Psilogenis Property Consultants’ director, with over 15 years of experience and activity in the real estate sector.
He holds a BSc in Business Management from St. Francis College NY, USA and a BSc (First Class Honors) in Estates Management from University of Reading/College of Estate Management, UK; an attestation to his expertise in the real estate business.
His deep motivation to keep perfecting himself as a professional in the field have led to more accreditations, such as a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University, USA.
Currently, he is completing an MSc in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from Lund University, Sweden.
He is a Licensed Estate Agent, Registered Valuer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a cross-governmental body specializing in ensuring a standardized level of quality for real estate and all relevant activities, from management to construction. The aim is to protect consumers and businesses with the establishment of top-level protocols of professionalism, deontology, and ethics, with constant seminars and other education offered to members of the RICS for the continuous update of their skills and knowledge.
